Silkscreen print.
This is one of a series of five. I have silkscreen printed different backgrounds. The Starlings are a painted screen silkscreen. There is also some embroidery to define details.
Love this print using plant material already pressed individually on a copper plate they were then used on an aluminium plate together to create this image. A mixture of Bluebells and Lily of the valley from my Devils bridge garden using a freshly mixed blue ink.
Black ink on white paper.
Soft ground etching.
